It ALWAYS helps to have someone who is a “native” to the area when looking for a place to live and Garrett’s knowledge of Brevard County is priceless and cannot be easily replaced. He not only considered the type/size of home I was looking for, but Garrett also thought about traffic patterns to/from work, neighborhood benefits (grocery stores, restaurants, cleaners, parks, etc), parking for friends who visit, etc. Add all that to the quick response Garrett provided…whether it was via text, cell, email…he was always available! And when it came to a Home Owners Association being involved, Garrett not only knows how to navigate the waters, but is also well-respected by the board members. I’d recommend Garrett to anyone looking to move into Brevard County or moving within Brevard County.
